This information covers Grundstruktur and the Mohn & Stiel, Thaw and Villa Calypso examples. The controller responsible for personal data is OniLink UG (haftungsbeschränkt), at the address and contact details above.

Visiting the website

When a website is requested, the serving system receives technical information such as the requesting IP address, requested page or file, date and time, and browser information. This is used to deliver the website and maintain its security and reliability. The legal basis for necessary delivery and security processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in operating a functional, secure website.

Hosting — Firebase

Google Firebase Hosting is the hosting service selected for the public website. Technical requests are processed to deliver pages, prevent abuse and report service usage. Google states that Hosting retains IP data for a few months and can process data globally, including outside the EEA. See Firebase’s privacy information.

Recipients include Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, affiliated Google entities and service subprocessors. Hosting is subject to the Firebase Data Processing and Security Terms. Their transfer provisions use the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for covered transfers to certified US entities and Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. The linked terms provide the safeguards and access to their text.

This website does not include Google Analytics, Firebase Authentication or a visitor database. Hosting traffic statistics are distinct from tracking code embedded in the website. A local preview is served by the development computer rather than Firebase.

Interactive examples

• Mohn & Stiel: bouquet choices, pickup dates and any message you enter are used in your browser to prepare an enquiry draft. The example does not submit the draft to us or to a florist. Choosing “Copy” writes it to your device’s clipboard.
• Villa Calypso: dates and guest numbers are used in your browser to calculate the length of a stay and prepare an enquiry. Choosing “Save enquiry” downloads a text file to your device. No availability is checked, and no reservation or message is sent.
• Thaw: interaction and the visual simulation run in your browser. The example does not send gameplay data to us.

The website code does not save these inputs in cookies, local storage or a database. A downloaded file or copied text remains under your control; your browser or device may retain or synchronise it according to your own settings.

Email and project enquiries

If you email us, we process your email address, the name you provide, message content, attachments and relevant communication metadata to answer your enquiry. Please send only information needed for that purpose.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries relating to a contract with you or steps you request before entering one. For other correspondence, including enquiries made on behalf of an organisation, it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in responding and conducting business communications. Legal obligations may require processing under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Studio email at info@grundstruktur.com is handled through Apple iCloud Mail. Apple processes message content, attachments and communication metadata to provide the mail service. Apple’s privacy policy identifies Apple Distribution International Limited in Ireland as the responsible Apple entity for personal data relating to individuals in the EEA. Apple and its service providers may process data outside the EEA, including in the United States; the policy describes international transfers and the use of Standard Contractual Clauses, copies of which may be requested from Apple.

We retain correspondence for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship. Where statutory retention duties or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims apply, relevant records are kept for the applicable period. Other correspondence is deleted when its purpose no longer requires retention.

Language selection

The studio homepage is available in English, German and Greek. When you visit the root address, the website reads your browser’s preferred languages on your device to select a supported version. You can override this using the language links. Visiting a language-specific address always uses that language.

This selection does not use IP geolocation, cookies, local storage or a third-party translation service. The website does not send the list of browser languages to a separate service. Your browser may include language information in ordinary HTTP requests; the requested language page may also appear in hosting logs as described under hosting. We use language selection to present an understandable website, based on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Cookies, analytics and external services

The current website code sets no cookies, uses no local or session storage, and includes no analytics, advertising trackers or third-party embeds. Fonts, photographs and the interactive example’s code are served with the website. Catalogue previews load the examples from the same site.

Ordinary external links only take you to another service when you follow them. That service’s own privacy information then applies. Email and telephone links open the application configured on your device.

Your choices and rights

Where the legal conditions apply, you may request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. If personal data is used for direct marketing, you may object to that use at any time. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Contact info@grundstruktur.com to exercise your rights. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. We do not use this website for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects, or for profiling.

You may complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country where you live or work or where you believe an infringement occurred. Our local authority is the Sächsische Datenschutz- und Transparenzbeauftragte.

Providing information in an email is voluntary, but we need a way to reply and enough detail to handle your request. You can browse the examples without entering personal details.

03 / Examples & content

Mohn & Stiel, Thaw and Villa Calypso are fictional design examples. Their business names, products, example prices, property descriptions and amenities illustrate website design; they are not offers to buy flowers, book accommodation or purchase a game. The florist and villa photographs were generated using AI for these examples.

The studio’s own service offer is separate from the examples. Project scope, price, schedule and delivery terms are agreed in writing before work begins. This website does not contain a checkout.

Website materials may include original work and third-party components. Font and software licences remain applicable; rights are not transferred merely by viewing or downloading the site. Any use permitted by law remains unaffected.
